ABOUT THE SPACE

This space is the perfect blend of old and new, with a young modern twist. The kitchen and living room are filled with natural light and have a warm, neutral palette. The kitchen features handmade tile and bleached oak cabinetry with an extra-large island. A modern sectional wraps around the perimeter of the living room and vintage Turkish rugs cover the contemporary concrete floors in each room. The study features dark brown walls and a unique crane wallpaper. Original artwork and a few key antiques bring character to each space.

Flexible daytime availability weekdays + weekends.

$180/hour

3 hour minimum

+ a 5% reservation fee will be added to your final bill

+ Can I scout the location before booking?

We would love to set up a scout session for you! We book scout sessions as 30 minute reservations.

Please note that you would like to scout the space in your request details (include potential dates and times that work best for your team) and your Reservation Manager will make sure to get that scheduled for you. We like to make sure your production details are approved by the host before scheduling your scout session so that your time, and the time of your host, is honored.

+ What happens if I need more time on-site during my reservation?

We get it- things happen! Additional time is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate as is available at the hosts discretion. We cannot guarantee additional time is able to be extended to you on the day so we encourage you to make sure your request covers all the time you'll need on site (including setup and cleanup).
